The following table lists error messages you may encounter on the Controller and Printer screens during usage of the Figure 4 Modular System, along with how to clear the error and resume normal operation.

The material cartridge was either not authenticated, or its chip is not readable. If cartridge has collapsed, refer to troubleshooting item HW14 to resolve the issue. Tighten the ventilation cap, eject the cartridge, and install the red, rubber cap on the valve. Inspect the cartridge chip, as well as the chip reader inside the MDM:
