3D Systems’ Infocenter Moves to Salesforce

The Infocenter has been the 3D Systems portal for customer-facing and service-facing product documentation (for example videos, software downloads, and material SDSs).  

As of Sept 26, 2022, the Infocenter content will be moved to Salesforce and will be accessible through the Salesforce Community https://support.3dsystems.com/s/.

Service Documentation Only

To access service documentation, you will need to sign into Salesforce Community using your Salesforce username and password. Everyone trained and currently authorized to service a particular printer will be able to access its service documentation.

Export Logs - Plug a USB drive into the Controller and tap the download btn.jpg button to export diagnostics log files for 3D Systems Service.

NOTE: After the log-file download has begun, do not navigate away from this screen until it has finished downloading. Navigating away prematurely will cause the download to stop. 

B Additional Info - Tap this button to see a read-only screen with more systems information.
C Reset to Factory Settings - Tap this button to restore everything on the Settings tab to the original, factory state. In the resulting popup, you can also opt to only clear out your print queue, rather than resetting all user-configurable items.
