3D Systems’ Infocenter Moves to Salesforce

The Infocenter has been the 3D Systems portal for customer-facing and service-facing product documentation (for example videos, software downloads, and material SDSs).  

As of Sept 26, 2022, the Infocenter content will be moved to Salesforce and will be accessible through the Salesforce Community

Service Documentation Only

To access service documentation, you will need to sign into Salesforce Community using your Salesforce username and password. Everyone trained and currently authorized to service a particular printer will be able to access its service documentation.

The GUI has three tabs: Status, Queue, and Settings. Please a breakdown of each screen below:


When you power the system on, the touch screen will default to the Status screen. This screen shows the status of each Printer connected to your Controller. If you leave this screen, you can return by simply tapping the Status Tab near the top of the screen.


A Printer Name - This line identifies the Printer by the name you assigned it. The default name is in the format, "Module.[last 4 digits of printer SN]."
B Material Type - This line identifies the resin type that is running in the Printer.
C Print Job Name - This line identifies the name of the current, or most-recent, print job sent to the Printer. After a build has been removed from a printer, and another build is not started, this text says, "No Active File."
D Time Left - This line indicates how much time is left in the current print job.
E Progress Bar - This bar indicates the percent completion of the current print job.
F Printer Status - This line indicates the current status of the Printer. Please see the section Printer/Auxiliary Print Unit Statuses for more information.
G Abort Button - Tap this button to abort the current print job. Upon pressing this button, you will have to go through a confirmation popup before the job is actually aborted.


Tap the Queue tab at the top of the screen to view the print queue. Below is an overview of the Queue tab's features:


A Search Print Jobs - Allows you to filter the print queue by job name, material, and module.
B Queue Toolbar - This features all the controls you can use to add to/edit the print queue. Please see the section Queue Toolbar for more information.
C Active Print Jobs - Jobs in this section are those that are actively printing. Please see the section Active Print Jobs for more information.
D Pending Print Jobs - Jobs in this section are waiting for printer assignment, whether automatic or manual. Please see the section Pending Print Jobs for more information.
E Completed Print Jobs - Jobs in this section have completed by either finishing the build or by the job aborting/failing. Please see the section Completed Print Jobs for more information.
F Page Controls - Use these buttons to quickly jump to a different page of print jobs.



A System Controls - The controls in this tile allow you to restart or shut down the Controller. Please see the section System Controls for more information.
B Network Settings - The controls in this tile allow you to change some basic network settings for the Controller. Please see the section Network Settings for more information.
C Localization - The controls in this tile allow you to change the date and time settings for the Controller. Please see the section Localization for more information.
D FW/SW Version - Informational field that tells you the firmware/software version that is currently on your Controller and Printers. You can begin the FW/SW update process from here. Please see the section FW/SW Version for more information.
E Diagnostics/Logs - Allows you to export diagnostics logs to aid 3D Systems in troubleshooting your Modular system.
