3D Systems’ Infocenter Moves to Salesforce

The Infocenter has been the 3D Systems portal for customer-facing and service-facing product documentation (for example videos, software downloads, and material SDSs).  

As of Sept 26, 2022, the Infocenter content will be moved to Salesforce and will be accessible through the Salesforce Community

Service Documentation Only

To access service documentation, you will need to sign into Salesforce Community using your Salesforce username and password. Everyone trained and currently authorized to service a particular printer will be able to access its service documentation.

Connection to AC Power

  • In the United States, the printer may plug into a standard 15-amp wall outlet. Both the Printer and Controller connect to a 120V~ power outlet through a NRTL (example: UL) approved power cord.

  • In Europe, the printer may plug into a standard 20-amp wall outlet. Both the Printer and Controller connect to a 230/240V~ power outlet through an approved power cord that is adequately rated for the destination country. Country destination kits are available with the proper wall-power connections.


The temperature in the room or location where the Figure 4 system resides should remain stable to allow optimal system operation and optimal part quality.

Figure 4 resins should be stored between 5°C-30°C (41°F-86°F). However, successful printing has only been tested at a minimum of 18°C (64.4°F) and a maximum of 28°C (82.4°F)*. If your room is kept beyond either extreme, you may see a degradation in print quality.

*For Figure 4 FLEX BLK 10 resin, printing temperatures outside the range of 10-30°C (50-86°F) can cause printed-part properties to change.


The optimal humidity in the Printer build chamber and lab will depend to a certain degree on the Figure 4 material selection. Regardless, the humidity should always be non-condensing and should not vary outside the range of 20% to 80% RH*. Review your Figure 4 material information (SDS, Instructions for Use) for specific information on recommended humidity levels.

*For Figure 4 FLEX BLK 10 resin, humidity outside the range of 10-65% can cause printed-part properties to change.


The Figure 4 system is capable of operating correctly up to an altitude of 2,400 m (1.5 mi.) above mean sea level.

Overall Sound Pressure Level (OASPL)

The sound of the Figure 4 system will not exceed 85 db and, therefore, does not require ear protection to operate.
