# Issue Description How to Clear

1-103

Rear Service Panel Missing

The lower back panel of the printer is failing to make contact with back-panel presence sensor.

Remove and reinstall the lower back panel. Ensure that the flag on the cover is making adequate contact with the rear switch. Also ensure that the thumb screws are adequately tightened.

1-115

Waste Bottle Missing

The waste bottle is failing to make contact with the presence detect sensor.

Remove and reinstall the waste bottle from the access areas. If the fault persists inspect the bottle to ensure it is not damaged/cracked and that the magnet is still present on the side of the bottle.

90-11

Damaged Part in the Build Powder

The printer detects that there is a chance damage occurred to the part in the build bin during the print job

Inspect the build bin to see if there is evidence of parts being dislodged/dragged outside of the build bin area. Do not run any maintenance routines if there is evidence of dislodged parts. Reclaim powder may require additional sifting to remove damaged part pieces.

90-122

Part Quality May Be Compromised

The printer may have had an error or delay (recovery from an error) which could impact part quality

Check the fault history list for errors that may have caused the delay to resolve any outstanding issues. Set up email alerts to be notified when the printer needs user intervention (e.g. binder refill).

92-150

X-axis Motor Stall

The gantry is encountering resistance in X-axis motion, causing the motor to stall.

  1. Ensure that that the build area is free of obstructions/tools collision risks
  2. Clean the front and rear gantry rails. Apply grease to the bearings. Move the gantry back and forth slowly while observing for signs of resistance to the motion.
  3. Clean the X-axis Isolation Band.

92-156

X-axis Motor Cannot Home

The gantry is failing to find its X-axis home position.

  1. Ensure that that the build area is free of obstructions/tools and other collision risks.
  2. Clean the X-axis Isolation Band.

92-157

Y-axis Motor Cannot Home

The gantry is failing to find its Y-axis home position.

  1. Ensure that that the build area is free of obstructions/tools and other collision risks.
  2. Clean the Y-axis Isolation Band.

92-158

Z-axis #1 Motor Cannot Home

The Build Platform is failing to find its home position.

  1. Run the Clean Bins routine and ensure both sides are free of powder.
  2. Inspect the gasket around the edge of each plate for signs of wear or damage.
  3. If the fault occurs repeatedly, try swapping the Build Platform with the Feed Platform to observe whether the issue follows a particular platform.

92-183

Z-axis #2 Motor Cannot Home

The Feed Platform is failing to find its home position.

  1. Run the Clean Bins routine and ensure both sides are free of powder.
  2. Inspect the gasket around the edge of each plate for signs of wear or damage.
  3. If the fault occurs repeatedly, try swapping the Feed Platform with the Build Platform to observe whether the issue follows a particular platform.
