Tracking Your Open Case

To view your Open Cases, make sure to sign in through support.3dsystems.com. You can track the status of your open cases by clicking My Open Cases. 20a.png

The Status (B) will show where your case is as it moves through our support system. 

To view details about your case, click on your Case Number (C).

 Roll over to zoom.

You can also send an email to your case owner for any updates (D). Roll over to zoom.
