Opening a Printer and Material Support Case (Recommended Option)

Need help troubleshooting? Open a Support Case in our customer support center for technical support.

Follow these steps on how to open a support case.

  1. Go to and click 3D Printers & Materials Support.
  1. Let us know how we can help resolve your question by telling us the Subject, giving a Brief Description, and selecting the type of help from the dropdown menu. Note: For US based customers, please refer to the Export Control Statement shown in 2A.
  2. Please include the Serial Number or License Key. You can even upload a file to provide more information about your case. Once competed, click on Submit.
  3. After you submit your case, our customer support team will contact you within two to four hours.

For US Based Customers Only: To keep in compliance with the US Export  Control Office, additional information is  required. Please read the notice and select the applicable status from the “Export  Controlled Status (2A)” drop down menu that  applies if you are attaching a file to your  case. Select “None” if no file is submitted with your case. Roll over to zoom.
