Clean Tension System

To clean the tension latches on the left and right sides of the chassis:

WEAR 100% nitrile gloves throughout this procedure.

Untension the resin tray and carefully remove it. Place it in the resin-tray garage with the lid on.
Remove both vanity covers from the printer chassis. Clean the vanity covers with a nonabrasive cloth and 90% alcohol solution.
Pour 90% alcohol solution on a nonabrasive cloth. Clean both latches and inspect them for any signs of damage. If there is damage, contact your reseller.
Clean the top and bottom of the tension arm itself with 90% alcohol solution. Inspect the tension arm for any signs of damage. If there is damage, contact your reseller. Reinstall the vanity covers over the chassis.

Cleaning of the tension system is now complete.
