- Ensure that the Controller's touch screen does not have material, dust, or other debris on it. Inspect the touch screens on the Printers, as well. The Controller/Printer should be powered off to prevent accidental touch interaction.
- If it has dust or other debris on it, used compressed air and/or a microfiber cloth to clean it.
- If it has material on it, pour EtOH or IPA on a nonabrasive cloth and spot clean; finish with an overall wipe down with a fresh cloth and IPA.
- Ensure that the Controller's keyboard does not have material, dust, or other debris on it. Before cleaning, ensure that the keyboard is powered off.
