Premix Resin Before Cartridge Installation

CAUTION: Failure to sufficiently pre-mix resins according to this chart may result in color deviation and/or print failure.

 

Before installing a resin cartridge in a Printer, to provide the best-possible resin mixture to print with, you must mix the resin cartridge by hand-shaking it vigorously in an up-and-down motion, according to the chart below.

For resin standing in the resin tray, you must stir it in between builds using the Resin Mixer. Stirring the resin in the resin tray serves two purposes: 1. Ensuring a good resin mixture; and, 2. Ensuring there is not debris in the resin tray, such as partially cured particulates. Mix your resin in the tray according to the chart below.
