Premix Material Before Cartridge Installation

CAUTION: Failure to sufficiently pre-mix materials according to this chart may result in color deviation and/or print failure.


Before installing a material cartridge in a Printer, to provide the best-possible material mixture to print with, you must mix the material cartridge by hand-shaking it vigorously in an up-and-down motion, according to the chart below.

For material standing in the resin tray, you must stir it in between builds using the Resin Mixer. Stirring the material in the resin tray serves two purposes: 1. Ensuring a good material mixture; and, 2. Ensuring there is not debris in the resin tray, such as partially cured particulates. Mix your material in the tray according to the chart below.
