A Printer may have one of the following statuses shown in the lower-left corner of the Status Card: Ready - This status means that the printer operator has marked the Printer as "ready" and that all printer sensors that might hinder printing are satisfied. Not Ready - This status means that the printer operator did not mark the Printer as "ready," and/or that one or more printer sensors that might hinder printing is not satisfied. Printing - This status means that the Printer is currently printing. Aborted - This status means that the most-recent print job was aborted. Completed - This status means that most-recent print job has finished building. Untensioned - This status means that the tension arms are not engaged on the resin tray. Disconnected - This status means that the printer cannot connect to the Controller for some reason. Please see item 8 in the Error Message Glossary for more information. Disabled - This status means that the printer has been disabled via the Printer Info. Card. It cannot accept a print job in this state. Failed - This status means that the most-recent build has failed. Low Air Pressure - This status means that there is a pressure loss in the pneumatic system. Please see item 14 in the Error Message Glossary for more information. MCO In Progress - This status means that the operator is currently performing a Material Changeover procedure. |
