What is the warranty? If I have a problem how do I get it fixed?

3D Systems warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months year from purchase date. See our warranty section here for specific details on coverage and timing.

Once 3D Systems is contacted and notified of the condition of the 3D Printer and it is validated that the printer has a defect during a warranty period, 3D Systems may issue a FabPro 1000 unit replacement and customers will need to return the defective unit. What is covered under the extended warranty?

We offer extended warranties in one- and two-year options to extend the manufacturer’s warranty beyond the initial first year, to give you additional coverage. The extended warranty coverage is the same as the initial warranty – under normal operating conditions it is limited to the core machine and machine housing components of our proprietary 3D Printers.
