Network Issues

This page describes troubleshooting network issues that will not show an error on the printer.

# Issue Description Customer Troubleshooting Steps
NI1 Printer not connected to the internet
  1. Contact your network administrator to troubleshoot this. Also, ensure your Ethernet cable is firmly seated in both the wall outlet and the printer's inlet. Lastly, ensure the printer is added as an exception to your firewall.
  2. If you are unable to solve network issues, contact your reseller.
NI2 Everything connected, but printer has no IP address
  1. Printer may need a new IP address if DHCP is turned on. Go to Settings > Network. Tap the DHCP toggle switch to turn it off, and then on again. This will request a new IP address from your DHCP server.
  2. If using a static IP address, contact your network administrator to troubleshoot.
  3. If you are unable to solve network issues, contact your reseller.
