Binder Handling Guidelines

Please use the following guidelines when handling 3D Culinary Binders:

  1. Do not attempt to store binder tanks outside of the machine.

  1. Store binder bottles upright, with the cap tightly sealed, in a cool dry place that is well ventilated. Do not store near heat sources, spark or open flame.

    WARNING: BINDER IS FLAMMABLE AND EXPLOSIVE. DO NOT PERFORM THESE STEPS AROUND IGNITION SOURCES.

  1. Ensure your hands, and any tools that will come in contact with binder, are clean. This includes the quick connects above the binder tanks.

  1. Always check the date on your binder container before using the binder in the machine. Do not use expired binder.

  1. Wear food-safe gloves whenever handling waste binder, which is present in the Printhead Station and Waste Bottle.
